Huawei has finally taken the wraps off its new Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro smartphones. If you are planning to buy one, use this guide to read detailed technical specifications of both Huawei Mate flagships. When compared with older Mate 10, Mate 20 series carries a completely new design, upgraded hardware and a triple lens camera system inspired from P20 Pro. Further, there is a new Kirin 980 processor which the brand is quite proud of as it offers noticeable performance gains along with better efficiency. For a more technical rundown of all the hardware, read Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro specifications listed ahead.
On the exterior, Mate 20 has a unique take on fitting 3 rear cameras. Rather than relying on the standard vertical or horizontal layout, Huawei has managed to pack all the cameras in a symmetric large square at the center. This gives the smartphone quite a unique look which makes it easily distinguishable. Further, both Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro come in some amazing color options — including Huawei’s popular Twilight color — all of which feature a subtle texture underneath the glass.
