How to Use PhoenixSuit:
Here is how you can use PhoenixSuit to flash firmware files on your Allwinner devices:
Before we start, you’ll need to have the following:
- PhoenixSuit software installed on your computer
- Firmware file for your device
- USB cable to connect your device to your computer
1. Launch PhoenixSuit
After installing PhoenixSuit on your computer, launch the application.
2. Connect Your Device
Using a USB cable, connect your device to your computer. PhoenixSuit will detect the device and display it in the software window.
3. Load Firmware
Click on the “Firmware” tab in PhoenixSuit and then click on “Image” to browse and select the firmware file for your device. Once you’ve selected the firmware file, click on “Upgrade” to start the flashing process.
4. Flash Firmware
Before flashing the firmware, make sure that your device is in the “firmware upgrade” mode. If it is not, then press and hold the volume down key and connect the device to your computer. This will put your device in firmware upgrade mode.
Once your device is in firmware upgrade mode, click on “Upgrade” in PhoenixSuit to begin the flashing process. Wait for the flashing process to complete.
5. Disconnect Your Device
After the firmware has been successfully flashed, disconnect your device from your computer. Your device will reboot automatically and you can start using it with the new firmware.
