The new Panaroma mode is now much easier to use. You do not need to align the dots to stitch the pictures together. This new mode has better stitching quality and the panoramas are now optimized for viewing on a VR headset. Google Pixel 2 (the smaller version) have always had problems with the quality of Panorama mode. The end result was blurry and completely out of focus. If you happen to own the smaller Pixel 2, test out the new Google Camera app and let us know if the problems have been fixed.

For those waiting to try the new night mode, called as Night Sight, in this Google Camera app, you will have to wait a little longer. Night Sight is expected to arrive next month. And if you have missed, Google Photos features like depth editing and color pop are now live!
