LG introduced a brand new entry level phone that no one was expecting just for $80. It is the LG K3. The best thing about this phone is that it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. So if you can not afford a high-end smartphone but you still want to experience the latest OS from Google, you can get this device for $80 only and enjoy the sweetness of Marshmallow.
Specifications wise, the LG K3 is not bad at this price tag. It packs a quad-core 1.1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor which will make sure that the system runs smoothly. RAM is 1 GB, which will allow all the basic apps to run smoothly, so except the high-end gaming, the RAM can handle everything without lag.
The display is IPS 4.5-inch with FWVGA (854×480) resolution. Internal memory is 8 GB which can be expanded by a Micro SD card up to 32 GB.
The camera is 5MP on the back which supports some exclusive LG features like LG’s Gesture Shot and Gesture Shot Interval. A VGA front facing camera is also there for selfies and video calling.
The battery is 1940mAh which will give you a talk time of 14 hours. The battery is also removable so that you can carry more than one unit at a time.
Here comes the best part, the phone is 4G capable in this price tag. This is probably the first phone I’ve seen which supports 4G LTE in just $80. So you can enjoy seamless streaming of videos and blazing fast internet in this price tag.
