Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ Marshmallow Update is Now Available in India and France


All smartphones manufacturers picking up the pace to release the Marshmallow update for its devices. As we know that Android N has been announced already and most of the devices are not yet upgraded to even Android Marshmallow. So it’s the right time for all manufacturers to release the Android Marshmallow for their devices as soon as possible.

Samsung ha released the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge already but it is also upgrading its previous devices to the latest taste of Android. One more device, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has joined the list of devices running Android Marshmallow. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ Marshmallow update is now available in India and France.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ Marshmallow update brings many new features to the device including the Doze, which will extend the battery life to almost 2x when the device is stationary and the screen is turned off. Improved app permissions are also included which lets you choose individual permissions for individual apps. You can deny whichever permission you want. It also brings improved fingerprint security and performance improvements plus bug fixes.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ Marshmallow update is about 1.3 GB in size and started to roll out in France and India. If you did not get the update yet, you can check it manually.
