Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge Marshmallow Is Now Available Globally


Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge Marshmallow has already rolled out in some countries including South Korea and Poland. But the update was not available for everyone around the globe until now.

Today, Samsung has officially announced that Android Marshmallow is now available on Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 edge for every user around the world. All the S6 and S6 edge users should start to see the update notification now but if you still didn’t get the notification, you can manually check for the updates by going into phone settings. But if you still don’t get the update, you may have to wait for few more days as the update is rolling out in phases around the globe.

The update will bump the phone to Android 6.0 Marshmallow and it will bring improved TouchWiz to the galaxy devices. Galaxy S6 edge will get some new edge screen features. February security patch is included in the update and the phones will get traditional Marshmallow features like Doze and improved app permissions.
