Xiaomi has confirmed that its upcoming flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 5, will come with Snapdragon 820. Snapdragon 820 is the latest and most powerful chipset till now from Qualcomm.
The Xiaomi Mi 5 comes with 16 MP camera which can record 4 K videos. According to leaks, the front camera can be either 13 MP or 6 MP. As mentioned, the chipset is Snapdragon 820 with Quad-core 2.2 GHz & quad-core 1.8 GHz CPU and Adreno 530 GPU.
The screen is 5.3 inch with an amazing resolution of 2560×1440. It supports 3G with HSDPA 850, 900, 1900 and 2100 and it also supports 4G LTE. The bands for LTE are still unknown. The phone is only 5.1mm thick. It comes with either 16 GB or 64 GB internal storage and the RAM is 4 GB. It also supports Qualcomm’s Quick Charge which can charge the phone up to 60% in just 30 minutes.
Moreover, it has USB Type-C connector and Bluetooth 4.1. It will be available in February and there are no words on pricing yet.
