If you have gotten one of those, you must be confused on how and where to use it. This was something I went through earlier this week and decided to write about it to help others.
In most cases, coupon, voucher and other game codes are redeemed directly from inside the game. However, it is slightly different for PUBG Mobile. You need to first go to the official website to redeem codes. This is a slight inconvenience, but it’s worth the prize you are trying to avail. If you play this game on a PC, claiming your reward will be much easier then.
So let’s begin with our tutorial on how to redeem codes for PUBG Mobile:
Step 1 – Open and login into PUBG Mobile
Step 2 – Once on the main screen of the game, go to Profile section from the top right corner.
Step 3 – On your main profile page, you will see ‘ID‘ above your display picture. Note it done or tap the copy icon next to it.
Step 4 – Now, on your phone, tablet or on a computer, visit the following link: pubgmobile.com/redeem
Step 5 – On the page, enter your Character ID, Redeem Code number and the security verification code.
Step 6 – Click the ‘Redeem’ button to proceed. You will be asked to confirm the reward, your PUB Mobile nickname and character ID. Click ‘OK’ if all looks good.
Step 7 – Next, you will be shown that you have redeemed the code successfully.
You can now go back to your PUBG Mobile game and check for the reward. Rewards redeemed using coupon / voucher codes show up in mail, not in your inventory directly.
