Step 1 – Download b113_b115-root_u9200—__[Nixing].rar and extract it anywhere in your computer.
Step 2 – Enable USB debugging mode and connect Huawei U9200 Ascend P1 to your PC with a USB cable.
Step 3 – From the extracted files, run hwadb.exe and let it finish.
Step 4 – Then, run ubl.exe and wait for it to finish as well.
Step 5 – Disconnect your phone from the USB cable and reboot it.
Step 6 – Once it is turned ON, check for the Superuser app in the apps list. If it is there, you have successfully rooted Huawei U9200 Ascend P1.
Optional: You should now install CWM recovery to be able to try out new custom ROMs and make Nandroid backups.
