Since the release of Android 4.1 for the Galaxy Nexus devices, we are see-ing more and more apps from Jelly Bean ported to Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) devices. Not all the apps from Android 4.1 work on ICS, but devs are in the works to make them.
The latest we have is the new boot animation from Android 4.1. Google changed their bootanimation.zip in Android 4.0 ICS and now we see another new one in Android 4.1 JB.
It is now a simple X (from the Nexus) which glows from all sides. You can install it on Android phone as you just have to replace a system app with this the new one. However, your Android phone has to be rooted before you can install this animation.

You can download Android 4.1 JB bootanimation.zip from XDA-Developers and all you have to do is flash it in your phone and it would be installed.
