Mozilla is working on a new browser called Fenix and with this guide you can download Mozilla Fenix Nightly build on your device to try it out. Fenix is basically a completely revamped browser by Mozilla. From UI to the actual framework, everything has been built from the ground up. As Google Chrome has been the popular go-to Web Browser on Mobile, Fenix is trying to challenge that by providing a better solution. We, ourselves, tested Fenix Nightly on our phones and despite some glitches and bugs — being a Nightly build — we think you should give it a run as well. Ahead, we have Mozilla Fenix Nightly available for download on all major Android device architectures.
The latest challenge with mobile web browsers has been creating a UI that is precise and accurate enough to scale complete websites on tall screens. One thing that Fenix does to address this is by moving all the controls to the bottom of the display and giving an obtrusion-free look at the website that is being viewed. This also seems quite logical as moving the address bar downwards, frees up more space at the top where our eyes naturally look at first. Further, the browser UI itself such as the Settings pane has been modified to fit in perfectly with new Material Design guidelines.
Nightly builds are usually premature software iterations that have basic functionality covered but carry bugs and glitches. Similarly, this version of Mozilla Fenix is expected to come with bugs so just keep that in mind while testing it out.
Download Mozilla Fenix Nightly APK
This Nightly build hasn’t been made public yet but thanks to TechDows, we have the complete APK files available for download and installation.

- For ARM Architecture Devices: Mozilla-Fenix-Nightly-arm.apk
Basically, there are three main variants to the Nightly APK. Each one of them is compatible with a different set of devices. If you are unsure about which one applies to you, we suggest starting with ARM APK and trying that as most mobile devices are based on ARM. Further, if you have the wrong file, the system would simply give an incompatible error message so there is actually no harm in trying each one out.

How to Install Mozilla Fenix Nightly APK
This app is available as an APK so it is compatible with all modern Android devices. Further, there is no requirement of root or any other system modification.

Step 1 – Download Mozilla Fenix Nightly APK:
- For AArch64 Architecture Devices: Mozilla-Fenix-Nightly-aarch64.apk
- For x86 Architecture Devices: Mozilla-Fenix-Nightly-x86.apk
- For ARM Architecture Devices: Mozilla-Fenix-Nightly-arm.apk
Step 2 – Locate the APK you just downloaded and open it to install it.
Step 3 – If you are installing an APK directly for the very first time, you would be notified to enable “Unknown Source” setting. If not sure about this, see link below on where to find this setting.
Step 4 – After enabling, the app should install. Once it does, a new shortcut would be made with the Fenix logo and you should be able to utilize the new app.
