Download Poweramp v3 Beta APK file directly to your Android device from this tutorial. It’s been a long time since anyone heard the name of once popular music player, Poweramp. Surprisingly, it has returned out of nowhere just like the Undertaker in WWE returned from the dead. This is currently in beta so a lot many features will either be broken or not be working but we are glad to hear that the Poweramp is making a return with a completely reworked User Interface, support for latest codecs and more.
Looking at the change log of the new Poweramp Beta, new features include a floating bar at the bottom that allows users to access the four sections of the app which is good. The great change in this new version is the fact that it includes Hi-Res audio supported for Android 7.0 Nougat and OpenSL HD output support for Android 8.0 Oreo. The developer behind Powerapp claims that new phones like Sony Xperia XZ, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 8 were working efficiently with High-Res audio and OpenSL HD output.
Poweramp has a major change in it’s UI. Starting from the main navigation, it has a new wavy seekbar and new Visualization Panel. There are also three notifications sounds which are based on your Android version. It is to be kept in mind that this a beta version and some major functions might not work yet but for a reincarnation of such a widely popular music player, it seems to be quite promising. We do hope the developer commits time to this app and makes it perfect for all users and devices.
