Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are now official. At an extravagant event held in MWC Barcelona, Samsung released it’s 7th generation of Galaxy S flagship. This smartphone is truly the embodiment of Samsung’s motive and true passion. The new smartphone comes in two variants, similar to last year. You can get it in either the Edge class or the normal class. The Edge, this time around carries a different size, bigger than the Galaxy S7.
The design is quite similar to the one we see in the Galaxy S6. Major changes include the more curved borders and a camera module which sits almost flush with the device. From a technical perspective, you get a Snapdragon 820 processor or Exynos 8 chipset, depending where you buy from and you get 4GB of RAM along with a Quad HD display. The Edge houses a 5.5 inch screen whereas the S7 houses a 5.1 inch screen. The main camera is a Dual Pixel 12MP one whereas the front is 5MP. Here is a feature which we think everyone will enjoy, the microSD card slot is back.
