We are hearing a lot about Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Samsung Galaxy edge+ in numerous leaks. Now the Galaxy S6 edge+ shows up on Geekbench. The Galaxy S6 edge+ will be coming with 4GB RAM, same as the Galaxy Note 5.
Geekbench reports that Exynos 7420 will be the part of Samsung Galaxy edge+. This Exynos chipset is Samsung’s own chipset. But some leaks also points towards the Snapdragon 808. Which shows that the Exynos chipset will be reserved for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 only. However, the processor is currently mentioned as “ARM SAMSUNG @ 1.50 GHz 1 processor, 8 cores” only.
This is not the first time Samsung will be using its own chipset in their phone. The major leak is the RAM. Which is 4GB, same as the Galaxy Note 5. 4GB RAM is the new standard. Some new flagship phones are coming with 4GB RAM. 4GB RAM will ensure smooth and fast multitasking and lag free gaming.
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2015 event is on August 13. We have to wait till then to know everything about these phones. Stay tuned for more.
