Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Specifications Leaked, Confirmed to have 4GB of RAM

We are hearing more and more about Samsung Galaxy Note 5 nowadays. Galaxy Note 5 was originally planned to launch at IFA in September, just like Samsung launches it’s every Note series smartphone every year. But then we heard that Samsung may be launching Galaxy Note 5 ahead of schedule this time. And now SamMobile confirms that Galaxy Note 5 will have 4GB of RAM on board. Yes, this will be the first time for any smartphone to have 4GB of RAM.

4GB RAM will be enough to do heavy multitasking and playing most demanding games available on Play Store. Multitasking now should be as smooth as butter.


Along with RAM, some other specifications are also leaked. According to the source, Galaxy Note 5 to have its own Exynos 7422 SoC (System on Chip). This SoC is company’s first true single chip solution. This means that Exynos 7422 package will have an octacore 64-bit CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, as well as the Shannon 333 LTE modem.

Also, it was previously rumored that Galaxy Note 5 will have a 5.67 inches Super AMOLED QHD display. The phablet will also support wireless charging just like Galaxy S6 and wireless charging will be compatible with WPC and PMA standards.
